Processing times

Most of my jewelry is Made to Order, see the header on my website for the current wait. I typically pack and ship any complete made-to-order items & ready to ship items once a week, it varies based on my schedule.

Import Tax

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes and fees incurred on their shipment. To avoid any surprises I recommend doing a google search on VAT import rates for your country so you know how much to expect.  Some countries have a fixed rate VAT on most imports and some have different rates for different commodities. Some don't have any taxes at all. A quick online search for jewelry VAT or gemstone VAT is recommended.  

 

Shipping

Currently, I only ship to a limited number of countries, if shipping is not available to your destination I apologize for the inconvenience. I am working on adding more destinations to my shipping insurance policy.  You can view the list of countries I ship to here. I will hopefully be able to expand my reach soon! 

Why do I require a phone number to place an order?

In case I need to reach you with questions regarding your custom order or your issues with your shipping address.  FedEx & UPS require a phone number for all international shipments & domestic express shipments. 

DOMESTIC

Domestic shipments with a value $500 - $5000 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express.

Domestic shipments with a value above $5000 will be shipped via FedEx Express.

Domestic Shipments with a value under $500 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. A signature is required upon delivery. 

Ring gauges to verify a ring size prior to making a ring are available for domestic and international clients, for domestic I ship them via USPS Priority Mail, and shipping is included for domestic buyers.  For international buyers I ship via FedEx Economy or UPS saver, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the ring gauges. 

INTERNATIONAL

For international shipments, I use FedEx or UPS with a signature required on delivery.  Once shipped it usually takes 3-7 days in transit depending on the specific service you pick. If any import taxes are due that may delay the delivery timeframe.  If you have a VAT ID or import tax ID that you would like declared on the shipment, please let me know, that may expedite the delivery. Clients are responsible for any VAT (Value Added Tax) or duty fees.  I recommend doing a google search on VAT rates for your country so you know how much to expect.  Some countries have a fixed rate VAT on most imports and some have different rates for different commodities. Some don't at all. I can't calculate these beforehand, a quick online search for jewelry VAT or gemstone VAT is highly recommended.  

My shipping insurance partner will only insure shipments to select countries, you can see the list of countries I ship to here.

All shipments have a tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery if available at your destination.
