Exchanges
• I accept exchanges
• Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
Returns
• Custom Designed Items & Made to Order items may be returned for store credit only.
• Ready-to-ship items may be returned for a store credit or refund. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted if you opt for a refund instead of store credit.

• Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
* You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me. I am happy to provide a return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
• Outside of this timeframe? Case by case basis, at my discretion.
• Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Please keep in mind I am an individual artist/person, not a large corporation. A corporate return policy simply isn't feasible for me. Thanks for understanding & supporting my work!!!
Cancellations
• Please contact me within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Store Credit
Store Credit must be utilized within 12 months.
