Overall this is a darker toned sapphire with an electric shade of blue and green. It is dominantly blue in daylight and leans green indoor in certain lighting. It tends to look darker in passive lighting but the body color and facets are still visible without a direct light. This gem has a medium dark tone in most lighting but will open up to a brilliant blue/green gem in a direct light or in daylight.
