I don't get sapphires this large or this clean very often. If your a collector or looking for a larger sapphire for your jewelry project this one could fit the bill. In passive daylight a very slight color shift can be observed with off center viewing. For example in the shade if you look one inch to the left or right of the gem, the body color will turn from a dominant blue/violet to a dominant blue/green. Its very subtle but noticeable enough to mention. Some very slight inclusions are visible, which is typical for sapphires in this size range but they aren't particularly noticeable unless you look closely. This is a choice sapphire in my opinion.
