Detailed Gem Description:
A natural and untreated corundum (sapphire) with a blue hue, a medium to medium light tone, and very slightly grayish to moderately strong saturation. Some Inclusions typical of sapphire from this locality can be observed under magnification, see the microscopy report for details. This is an open-tone sapphire, it will glow and sparkle in any lighting!
See the last four photos for reference on how I graded these. To maintain originality, I personally made the reference graphics with gems of my own design but it is based on GIA's color description system.
Photos were taken in daylight exclusively. Videos were taken outdoors under a blue sky with the sun overhead, additional videos were taken indoors in passive lighting, under my overhead led lights, and by a window. Please review all the videos thoroughly.
