A Choice Plus sapphire! This sapphire is slightly opalescent. Opalescence itself in sapphire is an inclusion, but it's very evenly distributed in this gem and, in my opinion, doesn't detract from its appearance. This is an extremely sparkly sapphire, and it literally glows. The opalescence adds a blue overtone, which is highly desirable. This will make a stunning centerpiece for a ring.
