Detailed Gem Description:
A natural and untreated corundum (sapphire) with a blue hue, a medium tone, and moderately strong saturation. Inclusions typical of sapphire from this locality can be observed without magnification, see the microscopy report for details. This is an open-tone sapphire, it will glow and sparkle in any lighting!
See the last four photos for reference on how I graded these. To maintain originality, I personally made the reference graphics with gems of my own design but it is based on GIA's color description system.
Photos were taken in daylight exclusively. The first four videos were taken outdoors under a blue sky with the sun overhead. The fifth video was taken in daylight under a mostly overcast sky. Please review all the videos thoroughly.
