In daylight, I observed a very blue gem; indoors, I observed a green gem. I wouldn't classify this as a color-shifting gem per se, but I would say It's unique and unusual. Inclusions typical of sapphire from this locale are visible without magnification, but it still sparkles brilliantly. It will make a stunning centerpiece to a ring or pendant.
