This is an interesting gem. It has two tonal zones; the green turned out considerably darker than I had anticipated it would. Interesting may be an understatement; unusual and unique might be better adjectives. In most lighting, the outer edges will light brilliantly, and the inner green core will look dark. Under a direct light, it opens up, with almost light saber green flashes for lack of a better description. It's moody and electric at the same time. Maybe even festive? If you're anticipating a completely open-toned gem, this is not for you, but if you don't mind the mixed tonal zones, you may really enjoy the flashes of green lighting.
