This is a dark-toned tourmaline. Please view the indoor, low light video before deciding to purchase this gem to ensure you are ok with the depth of tone. Technically, this is a sunset tourmaline, but unless you are holding it under a lamp or looking at it in a light box, you will see a dominantly dark red/burnt orange color. It is extremely sparkly when it catches the light, but the depth of tone may mute the overall appearance in many types of lighting. With that said, it is priced appropriately.
