• Naturally occurring corundum (sapphire)

Detailed Gem Description:
A natural and untreated corundum (sapphire) with a striped hue between Yellow and Green. The striped hue is visible in all lighting. In daylight under a blue sky the green hue leans towards bluish Green. Overall it has a medium tone and strong saturation. Inclusions are visible without magnification and in this instance, they are directly attributed to the striped appearance. This is a generally open toned sapphire, the body color and stripes are visible in all lighting.
This gem has a unique, niche shape with a very desirable cut and One-Of-A-Kind appearance. It is not a gem everybody will appreciate, but I'm betting it's the perfect sapphire for someone! I'm also willing to bet you may never find a sapphire in this shape/size with this cut ever again!

Photos were taken in daylight with a blue sky and the sun overhead. The first three (3) videos were taken in daylight under a blue sky with the sun overhead. Some scenes from the second & third videos were taken indoors in passive lighting and under my overhead LED lights. The fourth video was taken outdoors on an overcast day and indoors in passive lighting. Please review all the videos thoroughly.
