This tourmaline features a gorgeous sunburst from slightly purplish Red to orangy Yellow. The color split is visible in all lighting conditions and is somewhat more or less saturated, depending on the light source. The most vibrant colors were visible in daylight. Some inclusions are visible without magnification but don't detract from its appearance. The defined color split in this gem is due to dichroism.
