This was a long process from selecting a suitable piece of gem rough, discussing the design parameters and limitations of the gem rough, and then designing a pendant around it. I made this pendant in solid platinum with natural VS clarity accent diamonds. This pendant features a 50.89 carat unheated tanzanite with my signature cut, and I worked closely with my client to tailor the setting to the gem.
