Detailed Gem Description:
A natural and untreated tanzanite with a blue hue in the center of the gem and a violetish Purple hue on the outer edges of gem. In passive lighting it has a medium light to light tone and in direct lighting and direct sunlight it has a medium to medium dark tone. The saturation is similar, in passive lighting it has very slightly grayish to slightly grayish saturation and in direct light or sunlight it borders strong saturation. It is loupe clean, no inclusions are visible. This is an open-tone tanzanite, it will glow and sparkle in any lighting! Also worth noting is that my full frame camera captured a subtle secondary hue of green, my eyes only saw a blue interior with purple edges and no hint of green, you likely will not see this color.

Photos were taken in daylight with the sun and a blue sky overhead. The first four (4) videos were taken in daylight under a blue sky with the sun overhead. Later scenes from the fourth video were taken indoors in passive lighting and under my overhead LED lights . The fifth video was taken late in the afternoon on a sunny day with a blue sky overhead, later scenes were taken indoors in passive lighting. Please review all the videos thoroughly.
